The department was started in 2001. The department offers a 4 year B.E degree in Computer Science and Engineering. The department of Computer Science & Engg. is headed by K.S. RAJESH having more than 11 years of experience. The department is committed to continuously improve the quality of education by enhancing the knowledge of students & staff. The department has highly qualified staff & well equipped centralized computer laboratories with latest configurations & software tools.

| Faculty: The department has 15 teaching faculty, 3 non-teaching staff and 3 support staff. Activities The department has a student Association "MIND TECH" started in 2001. The technical events, Seminars, Quiz Competitions Etc. will be conducted each year. Software Programming Lab 1.An Intensive course on Java ,c++ conducting for CS and IS students by NIIT. 2.Our college is represented regularly in the programmes organized by Microsoft, SUN, and IBM through student participation.
